Welcome to FlightFX (“Flight FX”, “Flight FX, LLC”, “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or community spaces (including Discord), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use FlightFX.io or participate in our Discord community.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Scope of Services

• FlightFX.io provides software products, support resources, and community interaction for flight simulation enthusiasts.
• We do not operate Microsoft Flight Simulator, nor do we collect or process flight telemetry or simulator performance data.
• Our support is limited to the services and products we provide, plus reasonable community assistance.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when requesting support.
• Use our website and Discord community respectfully and lawfully.
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or misuse our services, bots, or automations.
• Respect other members of the community and moderators’ instructions.

4. Discord Community Rules

Participation in our Discord server is subject to both these Terms and Discord’s Terms of Service. Specifically:

• Posts, chats, and interactions are public within the server and visible to other members.
• Moderators may remove content or restrict access at their discretion for violations of rules or disruptive behavior.
• Automations and chatbots may process your messages for the purpose of providing support and community management.

5. Intellectual Property

• All FlightFX.io content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software or content without our permission.
• You retain ownership of any content you post in Discord, but by posting, you grant us a limited license to use that content for community support and moderation.

• No Warranty: Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
• No Liability for Third-Party Platforms: FlightFX.io is not responsible for Microsoft Flight Simulator, Discord, or any other third-party services you may use in connection with our products.
• Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, simulator downtime, or community disputes.

7. Termination

• You may stop using our Services at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access (including Discord participation) if you violate these Terms or disrupt the community.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via our website or Discord.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, MD, without regard to conflict of law principles.
